Celebrating Women and Girls in Science: Empowering the Future with SIDH-Africa

Today marked a significant occasion as Smart Innovations and Digital Africa (SIDH-Africa), a non-governmental organization, collaborated with the Optical Society of UENR (OSU) and the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (UENR) to celebrate the International Day of Women and Girls in Science with the students of Notre Dame Girls SHS in Fiapre-Ghana.

SIDH-Africa, committed to harnessing technology for social change, firmly believes in technology as a catalyst for positive transformation, passionately striving to make it accessible to all. Mr. Enoch Okona Okomfo, the Director of Policy and Advocacy at SIDH-Africa, delivered the speech on my behalf. The details of the speech are outlined below.
